Role description

conducts contract negotiations and other professional arrangements on behalf of athletes who hire them. These agents handle all aspects of a sportsperson's working relationships including sponsorships, public relations and career planning, working with them from the start of their career. The athletes that agents work with vary in their level of profile and earning potential with some contracts equalling hundreds of millions of dollars, and athletes need guidance in managing those finances.
