Registered Nurse (RN)
Role description
assesses and identifies patients’ needs, then implements and monitors the patient’s medical plan and treatment. They also ensure that patient care is conducted according to the policies and standards of their employer, whether that is a hospital or another facility. Assess, observe, and speak to patients, and record details and symptoms of their medical history and current health situation. In addition to this, RN’s will prepare patients for exams and treatment, administer medications and treatments, then monitor patients for side effects and reactions.
