Role description

They evaluate properties, gather data from internal and external sources, make on-site visits, inspect properties, interview clients, and examine various factors that impact a property’s value. Real Estate Appraisers perform many administrative tasks, such as preparing and detailing reports, documenting procedures, and remaining updated with industry regulations, laws, and best practices.
