Role description
conducts formal appraisals of real property or land before it is sold, mortgaged, taxed, insured, or developed. They evaluate properties, gather data from internal and external sources, make on-site visits, inspect properties, interview clients, and examine various factors that impact a property’s value. Real Estate Appraisers perform many administrative tasks, such as preparing and detailing reports, documenting procedures, and remaining updated with industry regulations, laws, and best practices.
