Political Policy Analyst

Role description

reviews, analyses, develops, and updates the policies of a government agency or business. They ensure the guiding policies that an organisation implements are effective in achieving its goals. The policies they analyse help to create parameters of behaviour, process, or activity that regulate organisations or individuals and how they can operate. Political Policy Analysts are key to the review, analysis, updating, and writing of important policies, and apply a range of experience and skills, such as researching and writing policies, preparing operational and strategic plans, and advising on federal and municipal legislation.
