Hotel Manager
Role description
oversees all operations and day-to-day activities in a hotel organisation. They take on a variety of duties including managing everything from accounting, sales, business development, and customer service. In addition to this they might assist with the hiring process, onboard new staff members and provide ongoing training for their team. They're responsible for keeping customer satisfaction levels high, finding solutions for problems and liaising with senior managers or owners.
