Distribution Manager
Role description
organises and supervises the processes of transporting and delivering products. They monitor the volume of product, the process for delivering it to customers, and when the shipments leave the facility. Distribution Managers have a range of responsibilities that involve managing staff resources and allocating supplies, negotiating prices and amounts with suppliers, promoting safety and contributing to compliance efforts, and operating information technology distribution systems.
