Conveyancer (Real Estate)

Role description

plans and designs all of the necessary legal documentation that is needed for any real estate transaction. They assist individuals with settlement and title transfers, while ensuring their client is meeting all of the legal requirements and expectations. If selling a property, a Conveyancer will develop a contract of sale, which covers any special conditions to avoid potential conflicts. They also prepare a vendor’s statement which includes conducting all of the title and planning searches that will be included in the final statement. This is done to ensure that disclosure obligations have been followed throughout the selling process.
